Hideaway has always been devoted to providing personal service to each and every guest that we serve. We will still provide that service, but it will be at a little further distance to give you piece of mind. In addition to our high standards of cleanliness, we have added new practices and procedures to ensure your stay will be comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable.
Hideaway Mountain Lodge will comply will all state and local government mandates with respect to the health and safety of our guests and staff. Our polices may change as new developments occur and we will do our best to keep you informed of any changes.
Our new Normal at Hideaway

All staff will follow CDC guidelines for washing hands, sanitizing and disinfecting rooms and common areas. All staff is fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Mask are encouraged for those guests that are not fully vaccinated for your safety.

Our homemade cookies will still be available and individually wrapped.

Our delicious breakfast will be individually prepared. A menu for your selections will be provided for you to complete and turn in the night before.

Hot Tub is open.

Our pool is open.

Dry Sauna will remain closed.

We have removed all decorative pillows, throws, extra pillows, extra blankets, wine glasses and literature. Please call or come to the office if you need extra pillows, blankets or wine glasses and we will be happy to provide those for you.

We will do a light housekeeping during your stay. For stays over 5 days, we will do a linen change & cleaning mid-way through your stay. Our staff will enter the rooms daily to remove trash and restock toiletries as needed.

Hand sanitizing stations will be available.

We ask all quests who are exhibiting any signs of illness, or could be ill due to exposure to the virus within the last two weeks, stay home and recover under the guidance and care of a doctor.
